For the sellers; we offer two options, the "Sellers Consult" and the "Sellers Home Inspection.

The "Sellers Home Inspection" Is very similar to the standard home inspection except we will look at additional common pit falls of getting your home ready to be the gem on the market and help you sell your home faster with less conflicts and for more money. The Written report and the follow up letter can be used as a selling tool to show prospective buyers that this house id ready to sell with no hidden issues.

The "Sellers Consult" follows the same checklist as a written inspection report but you take the notes. This option will save you money and still give you the outstanding product that is head and shoulders above the competition.
Either option will give you the opportunity to make sure that the home is ready to sell and for you the seller to be able to fix any issues that may impede the sale of your home.
